We couldn’t have asked for better weather to kick off our first local trip of the year! The glass-calm conditions offered something for every skill level on board. 

Our heavy hitters went straight for quality, pulling up an impressive assortment of chunky rockfish. Meanwhile, the first-timers and kids stayed busy with the "blue bass boogie," keeping rods bent all day and securing plenty of fillets for the family fish fry. To top it off, a few lucky anglers hauled up some solid lingcod to round out the bags. 

A fantastic start to the season for pros and rookies alike!
