Little bit of rain started out the day, but the boys were able to choose between the bunk rooms and galley for the ride out and kept dry for a frankly serene boat ride out to the fishing grounds. By the time we hit the spot the only rain going on was fish over the rail. Phenomenal fishing with boat limits of reds and stuffed gunny sacks full primarily of big beautiful chili peppers and topped off with the usual suspects of coppers, Boccaccio, olives and a handful of huge blues. Highlight of the trip was young Jason nailing his first ling, which weighed in over 20 lbs, beating out his dad's ling for the top honors of the day
